So many people have asked me what made me interested in life coaching as a successful dentist – my answer is very simple…
During my 25+ years of dentistry, I noticed how people are struggling to live a normal, happy life. In so many cases, I have realized that my patients have benefited more from a true, heart-to-heart conversation than the actual dental work they came in for. In most cases, being a good listener and giving some direction in their thinking was all they needed to figure things out.
It is in the moment of our decision that our destiny is shaped. My genuine love for people and my desire to help them inspired me to sell my practice after almost 20 years in order to pursue my life coaching journey – I wanted to be able to serve people in both professions at the same time. I studied advanced personal development in existentialism and have intently studied the works of many individuals, including Dr. Wayne Dyer, Eckhart Tolle, Bob Proctor, Dr. Sue Morter, and Neal Donald Walsch to name a few. I received my life coaching certificate from Tony Robbins.
My work is very sacred to me and comes from the intention: to love, to heal, and to inspire…
Amongst all of the uncertainty, one thing is for sure – life is full of problems and it’s silly to think that they will go away completely! However I have learned that you don’t have to go through it alone. I have also learned that you don’t have to be sick to get better, you just have to be curious and willing to explore your highest potential by connecting with your inner purpose and passion. You are going to have to feel through the growing pain, but on the other side is where the magic happens! It requires commitment, focus, and planning but if you are willing to invest in yourself and become the best version of yourself, you will enjoy a more fulfilled life and live it to the fullest.
Based in Portland, Oregon, I work with clients all around the word and offer all of my services in-person, via phone, and through live video chat sessions.
